Herbal tincture EXTERNAL BREATHING is a natural product without side effects on organ functions. A unique herbal formula to produce energy for adaptive immunity. Prevents secondary infections of the sinuses, throat and lower respiratory tract. It has a beneficial effect on the lungs. Suitable for use in the months of March-May to ensure immunity when the lung is in a congested period.

Extracted from red dead nettle, the flavonoid quercetin provides a spectrum of antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties have a bactericidal effect on staphylococci and enterococci. It can protect you from allergies and help prevent secondary infections of the sinuses, throat and lower respiratory tract.
The liquid extract of plantain contains mucilage substances, glycosides and triterpenes, which help to cleanse the blood of accumulated disease-causing substances. Tannins and alkaloids have a good effect in the treatment of bronchitis and lung diseases. The combination of extracted substances stops the development of inflammatory and allergic reactions in the body.

In general, EXTERNAL BREATHING is recommended for use at the end of winter, when the body is exhausted from stress, fatigue and has gone through various seasonal viral infections.

In case of urgent need, you can take 2 ml (12 drops) up to 5 times a day. As a food supplement, take 5 ml (30 drops) 2 times a day in a small liquid (water, tea, juice, etc.). The maximum recommended dose for daily intake of 10 ml contains: 10 ml of tincture (1:1), corresponding to 10000 mg of red dead nettle (lamium purpureum) stem 30%, narrow-leaved plantain (Rlantago lanceolata) leaf 30%.

The herbal tincture is a natural texture of fresh herbs. It does not contain chemical additives, stabilisers, added flavouring or colouring matters. The tincture is a specially selected combination of herbs with positive effects on the human body organs and systems. Active substances are extracted from very finely divided herbs by maceration and distillation in an ethyl alcohol concentration of 45% for 14 days in well-closed glass containers. Obtained products can be used for up to 24 months .

Hypersensitivity to ethanol. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily intake! Not to use as a substitute for varied nutrition! Do not use for children under 12 years old!
